All of our items are shipped directly to your door via tracked shipping methods. Our business model involves multiple manufacturers, which can mean that different items are shipped separately and may arrive at separate times. Please note that you will be provided with a tracking number for all products purchased so that you can stay up to date on the delivery process.
Unfortunately as we do not control customs, there is the possibility of delay in product arrival. In the rare event that an item does not arrived within 30 days, we will refund the cost of the product in full.
Returns
Whilst we are confident in the high quality of our products, we understand there may be a circumstance in which you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased. If that is the case, please contact us at info@medkitscrubs.com.au. Provided you return the item within 30 days, we will issue you with a full refund for the products you are not satisfied with.
